• 04. This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• 05. Any fraud or dishonest inducement may attract applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), including Section 318 (Cheating), where its statutory requirements are satisfied.
